Dear colleagues within the European Social Fund,
we hereby invite you and ESF-project from your countries to participate in our Partner Search Forum at the 12-13th October in Stockholm.
The formal invitation comes from the Swedish ESF Unit Director General, Ms. Åsa Lindh (enclosed letter) and a preliminary program of the two days (enclosed) together with a preliminary registration of interest to participate.
There is a maximum of 5-10 projects from each member state (60-70 projects in total).
Countries invited to participate in the Partner Search Forum are: Sweden, Poland, Germany, Finland, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Germany and France.
The event is organized as one day of partner Search - 12th October and the following day contains seminars to share experiences on some thematic topics relevant to the Social Fund. The day with seminars is a major event with appr 1500 participants – mainly from Sweden but this year we offer a special program in English for our transnational guests.
In connection to the event we will recommend hotels nearby and a weekend package to spend some extra days in Stockholm. More information about this will come.
The Partner Search Forum and entrance to the seminars is free of charge but travel and accommodation costs must be borne by each participant.

1. Social inclusion
2. Competence
3. Disability
4. Youth
5. Labour market inclusion in general
The application deadline of projects and participating persons in the event will be the 1st of September.
